How to spot a
covert narcissistic abuser
Remember - covert narcissistic abusers are professional con artists and that falling prey to one is nothing to do with intelligence,
weakness or anything else. It can (and does) happen to anyone.
But there are certainly signs we can all learn to be more aware of.

Victims are targeted because they are kind people,
who don't believe that human nature can be so deceitful and downright evil. This is no flaw on the victim's behalf.

If we all accept what is possible, we can learn to watch out for these predators and better protect ourselves and our loved ones. We can also better help and support those who have managed to escape their abusive prison.

On the previous page, I talked about the different stages that the narcissist moves through as he ensnares and traps his victim. Now I will talk about the specific signs, clues and red flags pertaining to each of these stages.
